Agree to Terms of Use: Wheels and Heels Motorsport Club Rules and Regulations as at March 1 2009 As part of the Wheels and Heels Motorsport club you must adhere to the following rules and regulations: • Adhere to all road rules and regulations at all times; • We co operate with the NZ Police and respect their decisions at all times - (No discrimination against the New Zealand Police will be tolerated - on forums or in person - they are there to help us); • Your car must be of a reasonable standard at all times - WOF and Registration should always be current; • You should not willingly enter your car into any motor sport event should it not be up to MSNZ standard - covering up of illegal / banned modifications to your vehicles may result in exclusion from any motor sport event by MSNZ officials and a refund may not be given; • Members must not participate in illegal activities such as burnouts, loitering and street racing, if caught doing so the committee has the right to terminate membership; • Any member of the wheels and heels motorsport club that is a member of any other club that promotes illegal street racing, burnout or anything illegal will be told to explain themselves and/or remove all stickers. • You must not abuse other members and or members of the public with Wheels and Heels Decals on your vehicle, with this decal you are representing a club not just yourself; • At all motor sport events we act with responsible behaviour and represent our club with the up most respect, any loitering or excessive defamation will result in expulsion or severe warnings; • Do not publicly criticise or offend our sponsors - if you have a problem or misunderstanding contact one of the committee members; • No criticism and/or "talk" of other clubs or individuals will be tolerated on the forums or website; • Committee decisions are final any disputes within the club are dealt with on a case by case basis by staff; • Discussions in the Motorsport Club Only forum must not be publicly discussed without prior approval from Staff. • Membership fees are $30.
