THANK YOU! AND MERRY CHRISTMAS

After long hard deliberation from our management team It is with great regret to inform all of our members, sponsors and supporters that Wheels and Heels has decided to disband, we cannot confirm if we will be back but the website and facebook site will be still online.  As many of us have moved on to other things in our lives and some of us have started families, we unfortunately do not have the time to give Wheels and Heels the full attention it deserves.
We hope that we have made a positive impact on the scene and will be remembered for our efforts which included introductory track days, charity events, tv appearences and workshops.  It has definitely been seen as an end of an era for most of us as we wanted to change the way the public viewed owners of modified cars and the way women were treated in regards to their vehicles.

Once again the girls are hard at it organising 2011's Pink Heels Charity Cruise in aid of Cancer!  Every year attendees don costumes and decorate their cars in aid of fundraising for cancer charities of New Zealand such as the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation.  The annual event is held in Auckland and attracts over 60 vehicles and has raised over $1000 from gold coin donations in the last three years, the team is hoping to expand out to other cities in NZ this year to Drive for a cure.  The charity cruise will start meet at a starting location and follow a planned route to an end destination where prizes will be given out and everyone can mingle.  If you would like to help, donate or support the event check out the facebook event site for more details.
